giffgaff Guerilla Marketing Campaign

I, alongside a group, was tasked to participate in designing a guerrilla marketing campaign for the UK mobile company giffgaff through the D&AD New Blood Awards. They wanted this campaign to reinforce the giffgaff brand’s optimistic, community-driven spirit through bold, playful, and unexpected interactions—all on a low budget. As a group, we wanted to focus on imaginative, shareable moments that create buzz. The deliverables include audience insights, marketing strategy, campaign mock-ups, and a video presentation. We developed a virtual augmented reality (AR) geocache experience that partners with a local charity partner and allows users to earn credit. We used our skills in motion graphics and AR in order to produce the final product. Below is the entirety of the video presentation, alongside my individual contributions and process work.
